Axinya Smith

Axinya Smith (Head of Data) started at Saltus seven years ago as an administrator and now heads up our Data team. Axinya is passionate about ensuring our technology and data is of the highest quality.

Peter Edmunds

Peter Edmunds (Corporate Development Associate) joined Saltus through the Financial Planning Graduate Scheme and, after completing it, moved into a broader role within the business. Peter now works on corporate development and also heads up our sports socials.

Megan Jenkins

Megan Jenkins (Regional Director of the South) joined Saltus as a graduate and has progressed to lead advice and Financial Planners across the South of England. Megan values the culture and the growth opportunities she’s embraced along the way.

Josh Montgomery

Josh Montgomery (Business Analyst) began his career at Saltus as a graduate financial adviser. Shortly after joining, he identified opportunities within the data team and transitioned into that area. Since then, Josh has continued to grow within the company and now holds the role of Business Analyst.
